There have been plenty of videos showcasing where our food comes from, but none as eloquent and beautiful as the above clip. Posted by Touchfood, the highlights L’Atelier De Joël Robuchon’s French cuisine in a way that is thoughtful and memorable. Beginning with peaceful shots of the sea, grazing cows in a calm field, and a babbling lake feeding into the ocean, the pace picks up to take us underwater for a scuba diving excursion for shellfish. Taken directly to the kitchens at L’Atelier De Joël Robuchon in London, the artistic preparation process begins. With infinite care, the seafood dish is prepared and plated. Of course, that’s only the first half of the short video, so you’ll just have to watch to find out the rest!
